Antibody detects endogenous levels of RIPK1 only when phosphorylated at Ser166.
Target Information
RIPK1는 사멸 수용체 결합, 병원체 인식 수용체(PRRs) 활성화, DNA 손상 후 염증 및 세포사멸 신호를 전달하는 세린-트레오닌 키나아제입니다. TNFR1이 TNF-α에 의해 활성화되면 TRADD와 TRAF2가 수용체에 결합하며, RIPK1은 DAB2IP를 Ser-728에서 인산화하여 MAP3K5-JNK 경로를 활성화합니다. 또한 TRAF2에 의한 Lys-63 연쇄 유비퀴틴화는 MAPK 및 NF-κB 경로의 신호 전달을 강화합니다. Polyubiquitinated RIPK1은 IKBKG/NEMO와 결합하여 NF-κB 활성화를 유도하며, 다른 RHIM-도메인 어댑터와 상호작용해 유전자 활성화 및 세포사멸을 유도합니다. RIPK1과 RIPK3의 결합은 괴사 유도 복합체를 형성합니다.
