Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
TAL-1 is a basic helix-loop-helix transcription factor that regulates differentiation and survival during hemopoiesis. It is implicated in the development of hematopoietic malignancies and acts as a positive regulator of erythroid differentiation. Mutations in TAL-1 are associated with T-cell leukemia and melanoma. TAL-1 binds to the LIM domain-containing protein Rhombotin-2.
