Unique genomic DNA remover와 TransScript® First-Strand cDNA Synthesis SuperMix를 결합한 제품으로, 한 튜브에서 genomic DNA 제거와 cDNA 합성을 동시에 수행할 수 있습니다.

cDNA 합성 후 TransScript® RT/RI 및 gDNA remover는 85°C에서 2분간 가열하여 동시에 불활성화할 수 있습니다.
