Target Information
TNK1 tyrosine kinase, non-receptor 1은 tyrosine protein kinase 계열에 속하며 세포 내 신호전달 경로의 조절자로서 세포 증식, 생존 및 발달에 중요한 역할을 합니다. TNK1은 태아 조직에서 높게 발현되며, 일부 성체 조직에서는 낮은 수준으로 발현됩니다. TNK1은 Ras-Raf1-MAPK 경로에서 음성 조절자로 작용하며, TNK1 결손 생쥐는 자발적인 종양을 형성하는 것으로 알려져 있어 종양 억제 유전자로서의 역할이 제시됩니다.
