Target Information

CCKBR (Cholecystokinin B Receptor)는 가스트린(gastrin)과 콜레시스토키닌(CCK)에 결합하는 G-단백질 결합 수용체로, 뇌와 위장관에서 주요하게 발현됩니다. 이 단백질은 type B gastrin receptor로서, sulfated 및 nonsulfated CCK 유사체 모두에 높은 친화성을 가지며, 뇌, 대장, 췌장, 위, 갑상선 및 다양한 암 조직에서 보고되었습니다. 일부 대장암 및 췌장암 세포에서는 intron을 포함한 mis-spliced 전사체 변이가 관찰되었습니다.
