Overview

Graphitized carbon black offers unique selectivity and minimal adsorption for alcohol analyses.
Two types of CarboBlack supports are available: CarboBlack B and CarboBlack C.

Features & Benefits

CarboBlack B supports up to 10% loading of a nonsilicone liquid phase.
CarboBlack C supports up to 1% loading of a nonsilicone liquid phase.
Provides resolution and retention similar to Carbopack and Carbograph supports.
Available with Carbowax 20M loadings and special alcoholic beverage loadings.
Some packings are treated with picric acid for acidic compound analysis.
