Pre-diluted and tested by flow cytometric analysis of human monocyte-derived macrophages.
- Recommended usage: 5 µL (0.06 µg) per test
- A test is defined as the amount required to stain a cell sample in 100 µL volume

Target Information
Target: MARCO (Macrophage Receptor with Collagenous Structure)
Also known as SR-A6 or SCARA2, MARCO is a macrophage surface receptor belonging to the class A scavenger receptor family.
It binds both Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria via its extracellular scavenger receptor cysteine-rich (SRCR) domain.
The protein features short cytoplasmic and transmembrane domains, an extracellular spacer, and a long collagenous domain that can form trimeric structures.
MARCO expression in tumor-infiltrating macrophages and its immunosuppressive role make it a potential target for cancer immunotherapy.
