Target Information
AROS는 기능이 알려지지 않은 핵소체 단백질로, ribosomal protein RPS19와 상호작용하여 rRNA 전사 조절 신호 경로에 관여합니다. AROS의 아미노산 서열은 등전점 11.3을 가지며, 핵소체 위치 신호 내에 짧은 polylysine 서열을 포함합니다. 기본 수준에서 AROS는 대부분의 조직에서 발현되며, 일부 조직에서는 높은 발현 수준을 보입니다. 인간 AROS 유전자는 염색체 22q13.1에 위치합니다.
