Target Information
CROCC는 섬모가 있는 세포에서 섬모 근근(rootlet)의 주요 구조 성분으로, 기저체(basal body)에서 시작되어 세포핵 방향으로 확장되는 세포골격 유사 구조를 형성합니다. 섬모의 위치를 세포핵에 대해 올바르게 배치하여 섬모 생성(ciliogenesis)에 필수적이며, 유사분열 전 중심체(cohesion) 유지에도 관여합니다.
