Thermo Scientific™ Low Profile Tubes with Domed Caps are designed to reduce the dead space between the heated lid of the thermal cycler and the sample. This minimizes condensation on the tube walls, preventing PCR volume reduction and improving reaction efficiency.
Low profile tubes are recommended for reaction volumes below 20 μL.
