The 96-Well RNaseP Verification Plate is used to verify the performance of real-time PCR instruments equipped with a Standard 96-Well Block.
Confirm the accuracy and reliability of your instrument by running the RNaseP assay. Please refer to your instrument user guide for detailed instructions.

This verification plate is preloaded with reagents to detect and quantify genomic copies of the human RNase P gene, a single-copy gene encoding the RNA component of the RNase P enzyme.
Each well contains a preloaded reaction mix consisting of:

• 1X TaqMan™ Universal PCR Master Mix
• RNase P primers
• FAM™ dye-labeled probe
• Template DNA

The plate must demonstrate the ability to distinguish between 5,000 and 10,000 genomic equivalents with a 99.7% confidence level in a single well.
To ensure accurate results, instrument performance verification is recommended every six months.
