KCNK9는 두 개의 pore-forming P domain을 포함하는 칼륨 채널 단백질 초가족의 구성원 중 하나입니다. 이 채널은 소뇌에서 높게 발현되며, 세포외 산성화 및 아라키돈산에 의해 억제되고, phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate에 의해 강하게 억제됩니다.
This gene encodes a member of the superfamily of potassium channel proteins containing two pore-forming P domains. The open channel is highly expressed in the cerebellum and inhibited by extracellular acidification, arachidonic acid, and phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate.
