Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
CD99 (E2, MIC2) is a transmembrane glycoprotein involved in regulation of T cell adhesive properties and programmed cell death distinct from typical apoptosis.
Its roles are specific to certain stages of T cell differentiation such as corticothymocytes.
The CD99R isoform is expressed in the hematopoietic system, particularly in T, NK, and myeloid cells.
