Performance Overview
(1) Operation Protocol
LePure Biotech uses two heating plates to clinch and heat up tubes. The interior walls melt under high temperature and pressure, forming a complete seal after cooling. The sealed section can then be cut off along the trim line.
(2) Applicability
LePure Biotech aseptic sealer is suitable for heat sealing thermoplastic tubes with outer diameters of 6.4 mm to 34.9 mm. No consumables are required. The machine offers high efficiency and compatibility with single-use technologies such as bioreactors and disposable liquid storage bags. It can be used in Grade A clean rooms, ultra-clean benches, and various sterile environments.
(3) Temperature Adjustment and Tube Selection
The aseptic sealer can handle thermoplastic tubes of different brands and materials. The temperature range can be set according to tube material. The machine provides 21 programs for tubes of 3 brands with different specifications. When an order is confirmed, parameters are set according to verified tube material.
