Performance overview

( 1）Operation Protocol：
LePure Biotech uses two heating plates to clinch and heat up tubes,the interior walls of which will be melted under high temperature and pressure The middle section is hence completely sealed after cooled down and canbe cut off with scissors along the trim line.

（2）Applicability:
LePure Biotech aseptic sealer is applicable for heat sealing of thermoplastic tubes with the outer diameter of 6.4 mm throug34.9 mm. No consumables are used in heat sealing. The machine, with high-efficiency, is compatible with products of single-ustechnology such as single-use bioreactor and disposable liquid storage bags. LePure Biotech's aseptic sealer may be used in a Grade A clean room, an ultra-clean bench and a variety of spaces.

（3）Temperature adjustment and tube selection:
LePure Biotech aseptic sealer can seal up thermoplastic tubes with different brands and materials. Temperature range can set according to the tube material. Our machine provides 21 programs for tubes of 3 brands with different specifications.When an order is confirmed, we will set appropriate parameters according to the verified tube material.
