Cytoplasm, endoplasmic reticulum membrane, peripheral membrane protein, chromosome centromere, kinetochore, cytoskeleton spindle, and lipid droplet.
During the cell cycle, localization changes dynamically:
- Interphase: Diffuse in cytoplasm (PubMed:15029241)
- Prometaphase: Associated with kinetochore
- Metaphase: Detected at kinetochores and spindle poles
- Anaphase (early): On segregating kinetochores
