Target Information
CYFIP2 (Cytoplasmic FMR1-interacting protein 2, p53-inducible protein 121)는 인간 CYFIP2 유전자에 의해 암호화된 1,278 아미노산 단백질입니다. CYFIP2는 CYFIP 패밀리에 속하며 T세포 부착 및 p53 의존적 세포자멸사 유도에 관여합니다. FMR1, FXR1, FXR2와 상호작용하며 WAVE1 복합체(Abi-2, CYFIP2, C3orf10/HSPC300, NAP125, WASF1/WAVE1) 구성요소입니다. 활성화된 Rac1과 결합 시 복합체를 해리시켜 활성화된 WASF1을 방출합니다. CYFIP2 프로모터에는 p53 결합 및 전사 활성화를 유도하는 p53 반응 요소가 포함되어 있으며, CYFIP2의 발현 유도는 caspase 활성화와 세포자멸사를 유도합니다.
