Target Information
TESK2 (testis-specific kinase 2)는 serine/threonine 단백질 키나아제로, N-말단에 단백질 키나아제 도메인을 포함하며 LIMK/TESK 계열에 속합니다. 이 단백질은 주로 고환 및 전립선에서 발현되며, 정자 형성과정(spermatogenesis)에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
