Target Information
CXCR4 (Fusin, LESTR, HUMSTR)는 7개의 막 관통 도메인을 가진 G-단백질 결합 케모카인 수용체 계열의 구성원으로, CD4+ 세포에 X4 HIV-1이 침투할 때 공동수용체로 작용합니다. 또한 HIV-2의 CD4 결합 및 Env-매개 융합에도 관여합니다. CXCR4는 C-X-C 케모카인 CXCL12/SDF-1의 수용체로 작용하여 세포 내 칼슘 농도를 증가시키고 MAPK1/MAPK3 경로를 활성화합니다. 혈구 생성, 심장 중격 형성, 위장관 혈관화 조절, 신경 생존 및 발달에도 중요한 역할을 합니다. 또한 세균의 LPS를 인식하여 염증 반응을 매개하며, CXCR4에 대한 항체는 HIV-1 및 HIV-2의 융합과 감염을 차단합니다.
