The Sapphire-II chemiluminescence enhancer significantly reduces aqueous quenching and tune the wavelength of light emission.
• Aqueous environments reduce chemiluminescent signal intensity of 1,2-dioxetane substrates by water-induced quenching; chemiluminescence enhancers increase the emission efficiency of light production by partitioning the water from the site of chemiluminescent signal production.
• Chemically optimized formulations enhance signal intensity in solution-based applications with dioxetane-based substrate solutions (CSPD, CDP-Star, Galacton, Galacton-Plus, Galacton-Star, or NA-Star substrates).
• Choice of Sapphire-II enhancer facilitates assay development by allowing users to optimize assay signal intensity and wavelength of light emission.
