Description

Unlike “one size fits all” guard systems, the Trident LC Column Protection System allows selection of the precise level of protection required for your application.
Choose:

• Filter only to remove particulate matter
• Guard cartridge only to remove irreversibly adsorbed compounds
• Filter + guard cartridge for maximum protection

The reusable, direct-connect holder easily attaches to any HPLC column with standard 10-32 thread ports.*
Its durable metal tip and replaceable PEEK ferrule ensure a leak-tight seal without tools.
Guard cartridges are available in both 2.1 mm and 4.0 mm IDs, and the redesigned holder accommodates either size securely.
Machined from materials resistant to galling and binding, the holder provides an optimal seal even after repeated use.
The cap frit can be replaced in seconds, enhancing convenience and reliability.

Engineered for exceptionally low dead volume, the Trident system minimizes effects on retention, peak shape, and efficiency—preserving chromatography performance and extending column life.

* Fittings on all LC columns have 10-32 threads; however, seat depth varies. Improper seating may affect chromatography.
