Mouse Gamma 2b Heavy Chain of Immunoglobulin (determined by immunodot)에 대해 양성 반응을 보이며, BALB/c 및 C57BL/6 mouse sera에서 테스트됨.
각 rat monoclonal anti-mouse IgG subclass의 특이성은 최적 농도 범위에서 결정됨. 1차 또는 2차 항체 농도를 불필요하게 높이면 다른 mouse IgG subclass와의 교차 반응이 발생할 수 있음.
IgG2b에 대한 친화도(Avidity): 1 × 10¹⁰ M⁻¹.
닭, 토끼, 염소, 양, 소, 말, 개, 돼지, 비비, 인간 IgG 및 IgM과 교차 반응 없음(ELISA 테스트 기준).

Target Information

Anti-Mouse 2차 항체는 mouse immunoglobulin에 대한 특이성이 잘 규명된 친화 정제 항체로, 검출, 세포 분류, 정제 등에 유용함.
2차 항체는 HRP, AP, 형광 등 다양한 검출 시스템과 결합 가능하며, 신호 증폭을 통해 감도를 높일 수 있음.
일반적으로 host 동물에 target species의 면역글로불린을 면역하여 생성되며, 면역친화 크로마토그래피, 항체 절편화, 표지 결합 등의 과정을 통해 높은 특이성을 지닌 시약으로 제조됨.
