Target Information

TNF alpha는 종양괴사인자(TNF) 슈퍼패밀리에 속하는 다기능성 염증성 사이토카인으로, 주로 대식세포에서 분비되어 TNFRSF1A/TNFR1 및 TNFRSF1B/TNFBR 수용체에 결합합니다.
면역세포 조절, 세포 증식 및 분화, 세포사멸, 지질대사, 응고 조절 등에 관여합니다.
비환원 조건 SDS-PAGE에서 약 17 kDa 단일 밴드로 나타나며, 2~5개의 비공유 결합된 단위체(multimer) 형태로 존재합니다.
TNF alpha는 종양괴사 유도, 면역반응 조절, 감염 방어(세균, 바이러스, 기생충, 진균) 및 자가면역질환, 인슐린 저항성, 암 등 다양한 질환과 관련이 있습니다.
