eBioscience’s rhIL-2 is Des N-Terminal Met and has an Ala substitution for Cysteine at position 126.
BMS334 is fully biologically active when compared to standard. The ED50, as determined by the dose-dependent stimulation of murine CTLL-2 cells, is <0.0645 ng/mL, corresponding to a specific activity of 1.55×10⁷ IU/mg.
