- Recommended shelf life: 1 year from date of receipt
- For IHC, epitope retrieval with citrate buffer (pH 6.0) is recommended for FFPE tissue sections.
Target Information
LAS1L is involved in the biogenesis of the 60S ribosomal subunit and is required for maturation of the 28S rRNA.
It functions as a component of the Five Friends of Methylated CHTOP (5FMC) complex, which is recruited to ZNF148 by methylated CHTOP. This interaction leads to desumoylation of ZNF148 and subsequent transactivation of ZNF148 target genes.
