Target Information
MAGE-C2/C3 (Melanoma-associated antigen C2, Hepatocellular carcinoma-associated antigen 587)는 인간 유전자 MAGEC2에 의해 암호화된 373개의 아미노산 단백질입니다.
MAGE 계열 유전자는 자가 세포독성 T 림프구에 의해 인식되는 종양 항원을 발현합니다.
MAGE-C2/C3는 정상 조직에서는 생식세포 및 소뇌의 Purkinje 세포에서만 발현되며, 다양한 종양 조직(예: 흑색종, 방광암, 유방암, 폐암, 육종 등)에서 높은 발현을 보입니다.
간세포암에서는 종양 분화도가 낮을수록 발현 비율이 높습니다.
