For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
RBBP7 is a ubiquitously expressed nuclear protein belonging to a conserved WD-repeat protein subfamily. It binds directly to the retinoblastoma protein, involved in cell proliferation regulation. RBBP7 is a component of several histone deacetylase complexes, including the mSin3 co-repressor complex, and participates in chromatin assembly. It can interact with the BRCA1 tumor-suppressor gene and may play a role in regulating cell proliferation and differentiation.
