Target Information
GPR17은 orphan G protein-coupled receptor로, 중추신경계에서 올리고덴드로사이트 분화 및 수초화(myelination)에 관여합니다. 뇌, 신장, 심장, 제대정맥 내피세포 등에서 발현되며, uracil nucleotides 및 cysteinyl leukotrienes에 대한 이중 특이성을 가집니다. G(i)를 통해 신호전달하며 adenylyl cyclase 억제를 매개합니다. 허혈 후 뉴클레오타이드 및 leukotriene에 의해 뇌 손상을 매개할 수 있습니다.
