Target Information
MRC2는 칼슘 의존적 렉틴 활성을 가지는 엔도사이토시스 렉틴 수용체로서, 글리코실화된 리간드를 클라트린 매개 엔도사이토시스를 통해 세포 내로 내재화합니다.
플라스미노겐 활성화 시스템에 관여하여 세포 표면의 단백질분해 효소 활성 조절에 기여할 수 있으며, 세포 외 콜라겐 기질의 흡수, 재구성 및 분해에 관여합니다.
암 진행 및 만성 조직 파괴성 질환에서 콜라겐 대사 조절에 중요한 역할을 할 수 있으며, MMP(matrix metalloproteinases)와 협력하여 세포 외 기질 재구성에 참여합니다.
