GTP 의존성 분비 조절, 세포질 분열 초기 단계에서의 엑소시스트 결합, 인테그린 의존적 막 수송 및 성장 신호 조절에 관여합니다.
또한 LPAR1 신호전달의 주요 조절자로 작용하며, GRK2와의 경쟁적 결합을 통해 수용체의 신호 특성을 조절합니다.
변형된 세포의 부착 독립적 증식에도 필수적입니다.
