Target Information
The RBM10 protein contains RNA recognition motifs found in various RNA-binding proteins, including hnRNPs and snRNP components. It is involved in regulation of alternative splicing and shows preference for G and U polyribonucleotides in vitro.
This gene is located on chromosome Xp11.23, near UBE1, and has two transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
