Target Information
TRIM9은 tripartite motif (TRIM) 패밀리에 속하는 단백질로, RING, B-box type 1, B-box type 2, 그리고 coiled-coil 영역을 포함한 세 가지 zinc-binding 도메인을 가지는 TRIM 모티프를 특징으로 합니다. 이 단백질은 세포질 내 소체에 위치하며, 기능은 아직 명확히 규명되지 않았습니다. 대체 스플라이싱을 통해 서로 다른 isoform을 암호화하는 두 가지 전사 변이체가 생성됩니다.
