Target Information
Oligodendrocyte myelin glycoprotein (OMG 또는 OMGP)는 중추신경계에서 수초화(myelination)에 필요한 상호작용 과정에 관여하는 세포 부착 분자입니다. 또한 축삭 생성(axonogenesis), 신경 돌기 재생(neuron projection regeneration), 손상 후 온전한 축삭의 측아리 발아(collateral sprouting) 조절에도 관여합니다.
