The 500 L Thermo Scientific™ 2:1 S.U.B. BPC is composed of Thermo Scientific CX5-14 film, a five-layer, animal-origin free film. This BPC includes a frit + drilled hole sparger.

  • Equipped with C-flex tubing compatible with tubing welder and multiple connection options

  • Suitable for both suspension and adherent cell cultures
  • Configurable for single-use sensing (DO, pH, and pressure)

Customization Options

Customize standard BPC systems for optimized single-use technology. Choose from a large component library with over 2,000 unique components, including:

  • Fittings: straight, reducing, elbow, T-style, X-style, and cross-style
  • Connectors: quick connectors/disconnectors, aseptic connectors and disconnectors, steam-to and steam-through connectors
  • Filters: for bioburden reduction, sterilization-grade, and gas filters
  • Tubing: thermoplastic elastomers, platinum-cured silicone
  • Sample ports: septum-style and needle-free ports
