Target Information

ADRBK2 (adrenergic beta receptor kinase 2), also known as GRK3, is a serine/threonine kinase that regulates receptor function. It shares 85% amino acid similarity with ADRBK1, and 95% similarity within the kinase catalytic domain. The ADRBK2 mRNA (~8 kb) shows a distribution similar to ADRBK1, suggesting a family of receptor kinases broadly involved in receptor regulation.
