Target Information
Deubiquitinating enzyme with minimal intrinsic activity, requiring interaction with WDR20 and WDR48 for high catalytic function (PubMed:19075014, PubMed:27373336). Not involved in deubiquitination of monoubiquitinated FANCD2. In complex with WDR48, may act as a tumor suppressor by stabilizing PHLPP1 (PubMed:24145035). [UniProt]
