- Positive Control: NIH3T3 starvation for 16 hr, NIH3T3 (starvation for 16 hr and 5 ng/mL PDGF treatment for 15 min)

이 단백질은 포도당 항상성의 음성 조절자로 작용하며, 에너지 대사, 염증, ER 스트레스, 미토콘드리아 기능 장애 및 세포사멸 경로에 관여합니다.
또한 Wnt/β-catenin 신호전달 경로의 핵심 구성 요소로, β-catenin의 분해를 매개하여 Wnt 신호를 억제합니다.
GSK3B는 Hedgehog, Notch, 인슐린 신호전달 경로에도 관련되어 있습니다.
