Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems by cloning antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information
DDR1 is a receptor tyrosine kinase activated by collagen, regulating adhesion, migration, and other cellular processes. It is widely expressed in epithelial cells and activated by various collagen types (I–VI). DDR1 is overexpressed in several human tumors (breast, ovarian, esophageal, pediatric brain). The gene is located on chromosome 6p21.3 near HLA class I genes, with multiple transcript variants due to alternative splicing.
