Target Information

APPL1 단백질은 세포 증식 조절 및 adiponectin 신호전달과 insulin 신호전달 경로 간의 교차 조절에 관여합니다. 이 단백질은 RAB5A, DCC, AKT2, PIK3CA, adiponectin 수용체, NuRD/MeCP1 복합체 단백질 등 다양한 단백질과 결합합니다. 주로 endosomal membrane에 존재하지만, EGF에 의해 방출되어 핵으로 이동할 수 있습니다.
