Target Information
PGAM5는 serine/threonine 잔기에 대한 phosphatase 활성을 가지며, MAP3K5 kinase를 탈인산화하여 활성화시킵니다. Phosphoglycerate mutase 활성을 가지지 않으며, 미토콘드리아 역동성 조절에 관여할 수 있습니다. KEAP1 의존적 ubiquitin ligase 복합체의 기질로 작용하며, NFE2L2 의존적 유전자 발현 억제에 기여합니다. TNF, reactive oxygen species 및 calcium ionophore에 의해 유도되는 programmed necrosis의 중심 매개체로 작용합니다. [UniProt]
