Qdot™ 나노크리스탈은 반도체 재질로 구성되어 매우 밝고 광퇴색이 거의 없는 형광 입자를 생성합니다. 적절한 광학 필터와 함께 사용할 경우 기존 유기 염료보다 최대 50배 더 높은 밝기를 제공합니다.

Anti-Rat 보조항체는 Rat 면역글로불린에 대한 특이성을 가진 친화정제 항체로, 검출, 분류 또는 정제에 유용합니다. 다양한 검출 시스템(HRP, AP, 형광 등)과 호환되며, 다수의 보조항체가 하나의 1차항체에 결합함으로써 신호 증폭을 통한 높은 감도를 제공합니다. 대부분의 보조항체는 표적 종의 면역글로불린 혼합물로 면역하여 생성되며, 친화 크로마토그래피, 단편화, 라벨 결합 등을 통해 고특이성 시약으로 정제됩니다.
