For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

TLK2 (Tousled-like kinase 2) is a nuclear serine/threonine kinase involved in chromatin assembly regulation, intracellular signaling, protein phosphorylation, cell cycle control, chromatin modification, and DNA damage response.
TLK2 activity peaks during the S phase of the cell cycle and is regulated by phosphorylation. Inhibition of DNA replication rapidly decreases TLK2 activity, indicating its function is closely linked to DNA replication.
It is inactivated by phosphorylation at Ser-750, potentially by CHK1, and forms heterodimers with TLK1. TLK2 is widely expressed in fetal and adult tissues such as placenta, liver, kidney, pancreas, heart, and skeletal muscle.
