PYREX® Ten Broeck Homogenizer with Pour Spout
These grinders are designed for hand grinding small samples for pathological or biochemical studies. They may also be motor-driven at low speed if a friction release mechanism is provided. The mortar tubes and pestles are ground to be interchangeable, with a clearance of approximately 0.15 mm. The medium grind ensures the required abrasive action to produce well-homogenized samples. Manufactured in accordance with Federal Specification NNN-T-360B.
Caution
If used with a motor-driven device, the attachment must include a friction release clutch to prevent damage. Users should wear protective gloves of sufficient thickness to prevent injury in the event of glass component failure.
