Target Information
Janus kinase 1 (JAK1)는 interferon-α/β 및 -γ 신호전달 경로에 관여하는 단백질 티로신 키나아제입니다. 인터페론 및 사이토카인 자극은 Stat 전사인자를 JAK1에 모집하며, JAK1은 이들을 인산화시켜 이합체화 및 핵 내 이동을 유도합니다. 이는 표적 유전자의 전사를 조절하는 역할을 합니다. 리간드 결합 시 JAK1은 티로신 인산화 및 촉매 활성화를 보이며, Tyr1022 및 Tyr1023의 인산화가 촉매 활성화에 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
