Anti-Human secondary antibodies는 인간 면역글로불린에 대한 높은 특이성을 가진 친화 정제 항체로, 검출, 분리, 정제 등에 사용됩니다.
이차 항체는 HRP, AP, 형광 등 다양한 검출 시스템과 호환되며, 단일 1차 항체에 여러 2차 항체가 결합함으로써 신호 증폭을 통해 민감도를 향상시킵니다.
대부분의 이차 항체는 표적 종의 면역글로불린을 이용해 숙주 동물을 면역시켜 생성되며, 면역친화 크로마토그래피, 항체 절편화, 표지 결합 등의 추가 정제를 통해 높은 특이성을 갖습니다.
