Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
When using this carrier-free antibody for conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The omega class glutathione transferases (GST; EC 2.5.1.18) exhibit limited activity with common GST substrates but possess unique glutathione-dependent thioltransferase, dehydroascorbate reductase, and monomethylarsonate reductase activities. They also modulate Ca²⁺ release via ryanodine receptors (e.g., RYR1).
