Target Information
HLA-DRA는 HLA class II alpha chain paralog 중 하나로, 알파와 베타 체인이 막에 고정된 이합체 형태로 존재합니다. 이 분자는 세포외 단백질에서 유래한 펩타이드를 제시하여 면역계에서 중심적인 역할을 합니다. Class II 분자는 항원 제시 세포(APC: B 림프구, 수지상세포, 대식세포)에 발현됩니다. 알파 체인은 약 33–35 kDa이며, 5개의 엑손으로 구성된 유전자를 가집니다.

- Exon 2–3: extracellular domains
- Exon 4: transmembrane domain 및 cytoplasmic tail
DRA는 펩타이드 결합 부위에서 다형성이 없으며 DRB1, DRB3, DRB4, DRB5의 유일한 알파 체인으로 작용합니다.
