Applied Biosystems™ RNaseP Verification Plate, 384-well

The 384-Well RNaseP Verification Plate is used to verify your real-time PCR instrument equipped with a 384-Well Block. Confirm the performance of your instrument by running the RNaseP assay. Please refer to your instrument user guide for detailed instructions.

This plate is preloaded with reagents to detect and quantitate genomic copies of the human RNase P gene, which encodes the RNA moiety of the RNase P enzyme.
Each well contains a preloaded reaction mix consisting of:

• 1X TaqMan™ Universal PCR Master Mix
• RNase P primers
• FAM™ dye-labeled probe
• Template DNA

The verification plate must demonstrate the ability to distinguish between 5,000 and 10,000 genomic equivalents with a 99.7% confidence level in a single well.
To ensure accurate results, instrument performance should be verified every six months.
