Target Information
이 유전자는 GTPase 계열의 septin 패밀리에 속하며, 세포질분열(cytokinesis)에 필수적입니다. 인간 기형암 세포주에서 레티노산에 의해 발현이 증가합니다. 이 유전자의 구체적 기능은 아직 명확히 밝혀지지 않았으며, 대체 스플라이싱을 통해 서로 다른 아이소폼을 암호화하는 두 가지 전사 변이체를 생성합니다.
