Target Information
Chromogranin A (CHGA)는 신경내분비 분비 단백질 계열인 chromogranin/secretogranin 패밀리의 구성원입니다. 신경세포와 내분비세포의 분비 소포에서 발견되며, vasostatin, pancreastatin, parastatin의 전구체로 작용합니다. 이 펩타이드는 신경내분비 시스템의 음성 조절자로 작용하며, CHGA는 카르시노이드 종양, 갈색세포종, 부신외 갈색세포종 및 기타 신경내분비 종양의 우수한 마커로 알려져 있습니다. 또한 Chromogranin A와 Neuron Specific Enolase (NSE)의 공발현은 신경내분비 종양에서 흔히 관찰됩니다.
