Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform additional desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
HES1 belongs to the basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) family of transcription factors. It acts as a transcriptional repressor of genes requiring bHLH proteins for transcription. This protein binds to the N-box rather than the canonical E-box due to its unique helix-interrupting domain.
